Visit the chocolate heaven. Make your own bar of chocolate in Europe’s only
Tree to Bar Artisan Chocolaterie.
Chocolate Workshops are held weekly at BELYZIUM Chocolaterie in Berlin.
The workshop will take you on a mysterious journey of chocolate starting in the humid tropical rain forests where
cacao trees produce the precious beans and every step of the way to a variety of chocolate products.
You will see how cacao beans are grown, harvested, fermented and dried.
You will also spend some exciting time in our processing facility and have a chance to see the complete bean-to-
bar chocolate production. You will have a unique opportunity to learn how truly artisan chocolate is made, touch,
feel, smell and taste everything and will even make your own bar of chocolate to take home with you!
Our workshops are bilingual (English/German) and the maximum number of participants is 12.
If you are interested in participating in one of our workshops please contact us or purchase tickets here.
We highly recommend that you make reservation for a specific date in advance as our workshops are often

“Spannende 2 Stunden voller Kakaobohnen”

For Christmas, I got myself a Chocolate Workshop voucher at Belyzium Artisan Chocolate, a tree-to-bar chocolate maker in
Berlin Mitte. They grow, harvest, ferment and dry the cacao beans in Belize, ship them to Germany and process the beans in
Berlin to make the bars in their Mitte factory! I’d gone into their shop for their delicious hot chocolate and also had noticed
them in local food markets like the Sophienstrasse Weihnachtmarkt. The guys behind the counter were always super nice and
answered all of my chocolate-related questions… more

“Outstanding Bean to Bar Chocolate Maker!”
I visited the Belyzium chocolate company in Berlin a few weeks ago and attended their workshop about making making
chocolate (starting from the raw cacao beans).
The whole team was friendly and very knowledgeable, the store is nicely made and the workshop was very interesting… One of
the best chocolate if ever tried.
If you are into good, high quality chocolate, you should definitely get you some bars from these guys!… more

“Fun and unique experience”
My husband and I took the chocolate workshop at Belyzium when we visited Berlin. The class was about six people and they
showed us the process of turning the beans into a chocolate bar. Andrei, the instructor/owner is super friendly, and he's an
engineer by training so we found his explanations to be very clear. We got there using public transportation without any
problem. We both really enjoyed it and my husband said it was one of the highlights of our time in Berlin!…more

“Schokolade at its best”

ihren Weg in meine Nase. ... mehr
