the pristine jungle of Southern
Belize, shaded by rain forest, and in
perfect harmony with nature.
Hand-harvested cacao beans are
meticulously fermented and then
sun-dried. The fermentation and
drying techniques are fine-tuned
by us to produce the best possible
chocolate.

In our Artisan Chocolaterie the
beans are gently roasted and
refined for a short time to preserve
their exquisite flavor and aroma.
The result is pure, rich and fresh
